MARK GOLDSTEIN INTERVIEWS SHAUNTE JEMISON

The pandemic produced a host of problems for everyone, but it has also produced a bunch of solutions, some which are proving to be the silver lining to the clouds of Covid. Shaunte Jemison had an idea that has caught some traction in Apopka. She started a non-profit called "Re-imagine Communities" that proposed a goal - to help at-risk kids through mentoring, acceptance, hope and purpose. And it is working. She has partnered with a public school and they are all seeing fruit from this effort.
