Mark returns to The Shepherd at Work and interviews producer Mike Gilland, The Shepherd's Operations Manager. Together, they discuss the recent large gathering at the NRB in Orlando. Over 4000 broadcasters and affiliated business gathered to hear some of the most well-known names in Christian broadcasting, including Franklin Graham, who delivered the keynote address. Also speaking this year was Governor Ron DeSantis, and Abraham Hamilton III, the general counsel of the American Family Association.

John and Daniel will discuss the recent ICSC meeting in Las Vegas, giving analysis on what the financial leaders of the industry are saying in today's challenging market.
