SHANA BURT FROM FINANCIAL ISSUES LIVE, LARRY RAGLAND AND REGGIE LITTLEJOHN
Shana Burt now sits in a seat behind the FISM microphone, just like before. But now, she is the host, and not the co-host as she was for Dan Celia, who died in 2022. The program went through the expected changes, and transitions before landing on the current iteration. Shana has guided that ministry through those rough waters, and she sits with Mike at the NRB. Also, author Larry Ragland talks about his new book, "I See Greatness in You." Finally, pro-life activist Reggie Littlejohn, founder of Women's Rights Without Frontiers returns to chat with Mike.

MARK GOLDSTEIN INTERVIEWS DAWN SIPLEY
Mark Goldstein Dawn Sipley | Dawn Sipley has a deep heritage for broadcasters. Her grandfather was Al Chubb, who founded WAJL Radio in Orlando. "We Acclaim Jesus Lord" was this station's motto, and the meaning for its call letters. Dawn had no idea that during a missionary trip to Honduras, she would be faced with a need that is tied to her broadcasting roots, and a compelling challenge from the Lord that has impacted her life. Missionary trips are well known for changing those going...and Dawn is no exception. |

Mike Gilland
Mike Gilland (far right) working as a TV weatherman in 1977.
“You should consider broadcasting, changing your major to communications,” he told me.
That discussion opened up a path that I had never considered. But as I looked into it, and prayed over this decision, my heart was put at peace. Doors began to open, and I found myself on a rather fast track into the world of broadcasting.
