Author Tanya Wilson shares how adversity helped shape her life, and became the basis for her book.

She was only 6 when the first real battle with adversity began, the divorce of her parents. Tanya Wilson followed her Mom, (a nurse) to America. Tanya found herself with a college scholarship, and then a successful career. But her brushes with adversity came back around in the birth of her preemie daughter, born at 28 weeks. Then, a serious cancer scare a year later. In each and all of these, God brought her through, and she details them in her book, "The Mango-Licious Life".

Bill "Roto" Reuter's background as a navy pilot contributed to his strong leadership foundation.

Not many are pilots, and among those who are, a fraction of the skilled pilots in America has landed an F-14 on a carrier. Bill "Roto" Reuter is one of those pilots. His 28 year military career in the US Navy included stints as a commanding officer and test pilot. He leveraged that training and experience and translated it into solid business principles. He is the founder of R-Squared Solutions, and teaches the principles of servant leadership wherever he goes.
